COMMISSION RULES & TERMS OF SERVICEPlease read all rules carefully before commissioning me. By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.1. General Terms
- Please provide clear references and a detailed description of your desired avatar.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
- Please be respectful and patient throughout the process.
- Commission slots are limited, and estimated completion times may vary depending on complexity.2. Payment
- Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- Work will not begin until payment has been received.
- Prices may vary depending on the complexity and requested features.
- Additional requests outside the original agreement may require an extra fee.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds are not available once significant work has been started.
- Chargebacks made without contacting me first may result in being blacklisted from future commissions.4. Revisions & Changes
- Minor revisions within the original request are allowed.
- Major changes or new features requested after work has started may cost extra.
- Please make sure your references and requirements are clear before I begin.
- Mistakes on my part will be corrected without additional charges.

5. Delivery
- The estimated delivery date is not guaranteed and may change depending on workload or unforeseen circumstances.
- You will receive the agreed files and deliverables upon completion.
- Please check the delivered avatar and report any issues related to the agreed specifications.6. Usage & Ownership
- You may use the commissioned avatar for personal VRChat use.
- You may not resell, redistribute, leak, or share the avatar files with others.
- You may not claim my original work as your own.
- Public uploads, commercial use, and sharing with others must be discussed and approved beforehand.
- Third-party assets remain subject to their original creators' licenses and terms.7. Communication
- Please keep all commission-related communication in the agreed platform.
- Frequent messages will not speed up the process.
- If you need to change your request, please inform me as early as possible.8. Final Agreement
